Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery: Up to 6 working days - Due to the high demand faced by courier companies the standard delivery option is taking upto 6 working days. Some areas may take longer. 



Briggsys Quality Butchers Supplies will use its best efforts to deliver the Goods promptly. However we use independent carriers and cannot guarantee time or date of delivery. Delivery times given are estimates only.


The Customer must examine the Goods on delivery and before the carrier leaves the Customer’s premises and if there is any damage the Customer must either refuse delivery or clearly specify damage on the delivery note. All Damaged items must be reported within 3 working days after receiving delivery.


Standard goods can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery. Customers have then 7 days from cancelation to return the item at the customers expense. Goods being returned must be unused and in its original packaging. The delivery costs paid on all non-fault returns or change of mind will not be refunded. If the wrong product has be dispatched to you, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. We will refund the cost of postage at our discretion. A refund will be honoured in full if the order is cancelled before the goods have been dispatched.
